Heres a quick list of what to eat to improve your mood!
In order to feel:
Calm, Upbeat, or Sleepy - Eat 100% Carbohydrate meal
In order to feel:
Calm, Upbeat, or Sleepy - Eat 100% Carbohydrate meal
Focused - Eat a lot of Protein and some Carbohydrates
Happy - Eat Omega 3-fatty acids (salmon, sardines, trout, herring, flaxseed oil, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts.)
